J.R. Coleman’s Community Renovation Corporation manages and maintains condo style living at an
affordable price for single women age 50 and over. Nestled just outside of Northeast Canton, Ohio in
Plain Township these two, beautiful ranch style homes are within a short walking distance of the
SARTA bus line. Each home provides over 2,200 sq. ft. of living space offering residents a private
bedroom, bath and storage. Shared facilities include a great room, dining room, TV lounge, dinette,
kitchen, laundry room and patio. Central air and appliances are furnished. Garage and off street
parking are available.

Shared Living
Shared living is ideal for women who want to live independently, are social and prefer a “family” type
environment to living alone. Shared living is a cooperative, friendly, relationship which requires a
congenial atmosphere and residents work together to carry out housekeeping chores. Residents
resolve differences in a healthy way and are respectful of the dignity and privacy of others. There is
no “House Mom”, assisted living aides or live in manager at Grace House. It is completely independent
living with the opportunity for privacy as well as socialization. Each resident has a large bedroom,
bathroom, closet and storage area that lock separately and provides privacy and security. One home
has a smoking option the other is smoke free. Eligible tenants are women 50 plus whose
income will allow them to thrive in this independent setting.

Rent
Grace House has convenient month to month leasing terms. The $375 monthly rent includes all utilities
(excluding phone and cable), appliances, maintenance, furnished laundry room, central air, monthly
 maid service, lawn service, an attached garage, and a quiet residential setting. The application process
is simple and includes a background criminal check and credit check. There is no application fee.
However, a $250 deposit is required before occupancy. Grace House may be your next home.
